Cliff Street Utility Upgrade

The work for this project consists of the upgrade and installation of 620lm of watermain, 380lm of sanitary sewer main, 280lm of storm sewer main, 750 tonne of asphalt paving, and 22 ornamental streetlights all along Cliff Street, Skinner Street, and Benson Street in downtown Nanaimo.
