Madill Office & Warehouse

The new Office and Warehouse for Madill the Office Company is located at 902 Ludlow Road.  It is a 22,000 sf facility with warehouse on the main floor and offices on the second floor.  The construction is a mixture of structural steel and timber framing.  Glulam timbers are the feature roof structure for the office level and a 11′ tall window wall wraps three sides of the building providing views to the Ladysmith Harbour.
