Hammond Bay Residence

In 2013, Windley Contracting designed and began construction on this spectacular luxury home located in the Hammond Bay area in Nanaimo, B.C.

The three storey 5,000 square foot home was designed with the remarkable views of the Georgia Strait in mind. The home is equipped with large windows for viewing the panoramic sights of the ocean as well as decks on the main floor and the upper floor. The exterior is accentuated with Hardi Plank and shingle siding with a patio in the backyard that includes installed natural gas patio heaters.

The interior of the home boasts beautiful sand and finish hardwood floors, custom tiled showers, natural gas fireplaces, natural gas instantaneous hot water tanks, wiring for home automation, and LED lighting. In additional to the many luxurious features offered, this house also includes a modern style kitchen with custom cabinetry, and quartz counter tops. There is also a recreational room with an installed bar as well as space available for a home gym.
