1650 Terminal Avenue

This Project is the transformation of a previous service station site which had remained vacant for many years. Windley Contracting acquired the property in 2009 and engaged the services of Chow Low Hammond to create this modern but simple 2 storey professional building. Construction started in the spring of 2010 and completed in October. The building utilizes energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems in keeping with the current trends. With excellent exposure along Terminal Avenue as well as views of Departure Bay.
