Bruce Ave Phase 2

This civil project consists of site servicing and roadwork for a 27 lot subdivision in Nanaimo, BC.  The project included road construction from the existing Marisa Street for approximately 270m, site grading, and rock blasting, installation of sewer and storm drain system, a water distribution system, fire hydrants, underground power, communications, street lighting, and roadway signage and painting.
