Church Road Transfer Station

The Church Road Transfer Station project was a LEED Gold retrofit and expansion to this Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) recycling facility in Parksville. The project included renovations to an existing pre-engineered metal building, new operations and scale house buildings, new scale decks, water treatment plant, geothermal field, green roof, reconfigured public drop off area and a new pre-engineered metal building.
