Dunn Place Development – SOLD OUT

Windley Contracting is constructing single family homes on Dunn Place off of Hammond Bay Road in Nanaimo. The subdivision will consist of assorted single dwelling residential homes on individual and duplex lots. Most houses will be approximately 2,000 sq. ft., two or three storeys with a garage. Along with views of the ocean, each home will also include one of three customized interior schemes that have been selected and arranged by a professional interior designer.
