HWY 1 Widening – Leigh Rd to West Shore

This project consists of 78,000m3 of blasting and 8,000m3 of peat excavation along with 37,000m3 of earthmoving to begin the widening to approximately 2km of Highway 1 near Langford, BC. This includes widening to 4 lanes, intersection improvements, and installation of approximately 1.3km of new median barrier, drainage infrastructure, paving and improvements to lane markings.
