HWY 14 – Sombrio Bridge

The Sombrio No. 1 Bridge project replaces an existing single lane bridge on the Vancouver Island number 14 Highway near Port Renfrew with a 124 meter span steel girder two lane bridge. Located higher in the hills the addition of 1.2 km of new highway bypasses a currently difficult switchback section of highway.
