La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery

The construction of a new La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery at the corner of Uplands Drive and Turner Road in Nanaimo. The site incorporates environmental considerations for storm water run-off through the implementation of water channels and bio-swales as well as roof water detention and a green roof. The building is approximately 20,000 sq. ft. and includes decorative elements constructed to La-Z-Boy corporate standards. The sales area has various design themes identified by décor suspended from the ceiling. The estimated completion date for this project is November 2018.
