Qualicum Beach Fire Hall

Windley Contracting Ltd. constructed the new, two storey fire hall for the Town of Qualicum Beach. The building is approximately 18,000 sq. ft. and was built to LEED-NC Silver design standards with innovative energy efficiency and building technology. The new facility has 8 truck bays, a public reception area, a meeting room, kitchen and dining room, and a fitness/exercise room. The site also includes a concrete hose tower, hose storage, and a pumper test pit to aid in onsite training. The project was completed in September 2015.
