The Vision
To address Parksville’s retail needs, we constructed a 52,000-square-foot Quality Foods store with a mezzanine, complemented by a 10,000-square-foot retail building and a landscaped 206-vehicle parking lot. A fountain and trellis at Despard and Alberni Highway create an inviting entrance.
As general contractor, we coordinated construction across the site, integrating functional and aesthetic elements on a tight schedule. Our team managed multiple trades and used specialized equipment for foundations, steel structures, and landscaping.
The completed development provides modern retail space and supports local businesses.
